The moment a driver taps COMPLETED, everything gathered at that stop — before/after photos, notes, the time it was finished — goes out automatically. Each business chooses who gets it: the office, the customer, or both, configurable once in Settings and then forgotten about. No one has to remember to forward a photo or type up a summary after the fact — it's already sent by the time the driver is back in the truck.
