By creating an account or using Route Maker Pro ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Route Maker Pro helps businesses plan delivery/service routes, dispatch drivers, and track stop completion, including location-based check-in and photo documentation. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (addresses, customer contact info, driver accounts), for keeping your login credentials secure, and for what happens under your account. Sharing a single login across multiple people to avoid per-seat pricing is not permitted.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. A subscription purchased in the iOS app is billed to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase and renews each month at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings (Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions), and Apple handles any refund for an App Store purchase under its own terms. A subscription started outside the app is billed by our payment processor and follows the same monthly renewal. Extra driver seats are not sold on the App Store. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it first.

Use the service only for legitimate business route/dispatch purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

Driver location is used to confirm arrival at stops and, if enabled, to email photos/notes to customers. GPS accuracy varies by device and signal conditions — the service doesn't guarantee precise or continuous location data.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Route Maker Pro isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed deliveries, routing errors, or data loss.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
