How do I start a free trial?
Download the app and create a business account — every new account starts with a full 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
I'm a driver — how do I join my company?
Ask your office for your Company Code, then use the "Have a company code? Join your team" link on the sign-in screen to create your account.
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a reset link.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are managed on routemakerpro.com, not through the app. Sign in on the web and go to Company Settings → Manage Billing to change or cancel your plan at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and cannot be undone.
