🏊 ROUTE MAKER PRO FOR POOLS
Pool routes that send the service report for you
Your techs check off the pool, log chlorine and pH, snap a photo and tap SERVICED. Your customer gets a pool service report with the photo, and the office sees the stop turn green.
14-day free trial. No credit card.
EXAMPLE SETUP
How a pool service company would set it up
One route, start to finish. The route name and addresses are made up. The checklist, fields, photos, skip reasons and email are the ones the Pools trade uses in the app.
STEP 1
Build the route
Name the route, paste or upload your addresses, and one tap puts every pool in the fastest order.
Set it to repeat every week and a new copy goes to the same tech automatically.

STEP 2
At each pool
START ROUTE opens turn-by-turn navigation to the first pool. When the driver pulls up, the app asks “Have you arrived?” and they confirm with one tap.
Check off the pool, pick the chlorine and pH, note any chemicals added and take the photo, then tap SERVICED.
Values show as … here: the app records what your tech enters. The photos required are the starting setting for Pools, and you can change them.

Couldn't service this pool
STEP 3
If a pool gets skipped
Your tech taps "Couldn't service this pool" and picks a reason. The reason, time and location are saved, and your office gets an alert.
Why couldn't this pool be serviced?
LOCKED GATE
DOG IN YARD
LIGHTNING
NO ACCESS
POOL UNDER REPAIR
CUSTOMER CANCELLED
OTHER
If your tech adds a photo, the customer also gets "Pool not serviced: 456 Oak Ave" with the reason.
STEP 4
What your customer gets
When your tech taps SERVICED, the email goes to your office, your customer or both, and the visit is saved to that address's service history.
Customer emails are switched on per route, and your office can get its own copy.

A checklist made for pools
Skim, brush walls, vacuum, empty baskets, equipment running, gate latched. One tap each, right on the stop screen.
Readings in a couple of taps
Chlorine and pH are tap-to-pick, and there is a box for what your tech added. The app records what your tech enters. It never suggests a chemical or an amount.
A report customers actually read
The email arrives as "Pool service report" with the work done, the readings and chemicals, and a photo of the pool. Nobody has to forward anything.
A photo prompt at every pool
The stop screen tells your tech what to shoot: the whole pool with the water showing, plus the equipment and the latched gate if you want them.
Skipped pools have an answer
Locked gate, dog in the yard, lightning, pool under repair. Your tech picks the reason, it is saved with the time and GPS location, and your office gets an alert.
