14-day free trial. No credit card.
EXAMPLE SETUP
How a snow and ice company would set it up
One route, start to finish. The route name and addresses are made up. The checklist, fields, photos, skip reasons and email are the ones the Snow & Ice trade uses in the app.
STEP 1
Build the route
Name the route, paste or upload your addresses, and one tap puts every site in the fastest order.

STEP 2
At each site
START ROUTE opens turn-by-turn navigation to the first site. When the driver pulls up, the app asks “Have you arrived?” and they confirm with one tap.
Log the snow on arrival, check off plowing, shoveling and salt, and take the before and after photos, then tap SERVICED.
Values show as … here: the app records what your driver enters. The photos required are the starting setting for Snow & Ice, and you can change them.

STEP 3
If a site gets skipped
Your driver taps "Couldn't service this site" and picks a reason. The reason, time and location are saved, and your office gets an alert.
Why couldn't this site be serviced?
CARS IN LOT
BLOCKED ENTRANCE
NOT ENOUGH SNOW
ALREADY CLEARED

OTHER
If your driver adds a photo, the customer also gets "Not serviced: 456 Oak Ave" with the reason.
STEP 4
What your customer gets
When your driver taps SERVICED, the email goes to your office, your customer or both, and the push is saved to that address's service history.
Customer emails are switched on per route, and your office can get its own copy.

Before and after photos to start
Snow & Ice starts you with one before photo and two after photos per site. The prompts say what to shoot: lot and walks as found, then lot, walks and doors cleared. Every photo is timestamped and GPS-tagged.
Conditions logged at every push
Snow on arrival has to be filled in before a site can be marked serviced. Salt used is logged in pounds, and a switch notes if it was still snowing when your driver left.
A checklist for the whole site
Plow lot, shovel walks, salt lot, de-ice walks, clear doors and steps. The customer email lists what was done.
Skipped sites on record
Cars in the lot, blocked entrance, not enough snow, already cleared, equipment down. The reason, time and GPS location go on record, and your office gets an alert.
No site left half done
When the driver pulls up, the app asks if they have arrived. If they drive off without marking the site done, the app reminds them to go back and finish it.
Route optimization
Paste or upload your addresses. One tap puts them in the fastest order.
